As children, we were taught many valuable lessons: to be kind, honest, to do our best, to stand up for what is right, and to never give up. However, taking 100% responsibility, especially from a spiritual perspective, is a lesson rarely taught in schools. Without this lesson, it’s easy to feel helpless, like a victim, always blaming others for our difficulties.
Which situations show that we do not take our 100% responsibility?
When we have a problem with someone and we think that if that person changes, the situation will improve…
When we complain about a boss and we feel that the problem is him, without paying attention to our decisions, to what we do or allow…
When we believe that our partner is responsible for our happiness…
When we hold our children accountable for their behavior without reviewing ours.
I will never get tired of saying it: Change begins with you!
I have learned through Ho’oponopono that taking responsibility for our lives changes everything. I felt free for the first time when I understood that if I had created a situation, I could also change it. I regained my power and discovered that every experience is a lesson that leads me to my divinity. This knowledge has allowed me to create more energy, joy, love, peace, and abundance in my life.
