What is Fear

Below, I share the table of contents for this post.

Table of Contents

We know that fear is an anxiety feeling caused by anticipation of any imagined event or experience – it is our body’s biological reaction which sets off signals that are understood as being fearful.

“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment” said the Buddha. “Happiness lies not in finding what is missing, but in finding what is present”, says Tara Brach. “Realize deeply the present moment is all you’ll ever have”, urges Eckhart Tolle.

Your mental attitude, whether positive or negative, weaves every thread of your thoughts into your character. Let’s keep talking about fear, so we can live more in the present moment! I’m inviting you to watch this video where I share more about this topic with you.

Remember that our strength grows from our struggles, and we are greater than those circumstances that we allow to frighten or worry us.
