“Thank you” in Ho’oponopono is much more than two syllables. The meaning is to express gratitude, but in Ho’oponopono it is the delete key in our computer, to erase the memories which are replaying in our subconscious mind and being able to free ourselves. All that? Yes, and more!
Actually, “thank you” in Ho’oponopono replaces what Ho’oponopono really is: taking 100% responsibility, “I’m sorry. Please forgive me for whatever is in me that has created this.” We are giving permission to a higher force – call it God or Universe – to erase those memories that we are ready to let go of and inspire us to be able to manifest in our lives what is right and perfect.
I am grateful to Ho’oponopono for appearing in my life, and for all the experiences I have had practicing this powerful Hawaiian art.
Thanks also to the wonderful men, women, and children who participate in my Ho’oponopono and Zero Frequency® seminars around the world and have blessed me with their love and the trust they place in me. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been able to change so many lives around the world that have been brave enough to awaken and trust enough to invest their time and money and go in search of a free and peaceful life.
For many years now, this awakening of humanity has inspired me to seek deeper truths, even for myself, and I am honored and grateful that we can share this journey that helps us raise our frequency because that’s what it’s all about; and as I always say – it doesn’t matter who turns on the light, it is turned on for everyone.
“Thank you” is a very important word, it is a tool of great value and at the same time easy to use. Why is it that the intellect does not believe it can be so powerful? Moreover, why can’t it believe it’s that easy? In Ho’oponopono we use the “thank you” to let go and trust, and the understanding of the mind is definitely out of the game.
I know that maybe saying “thank you” isn’t always easy, especially when you’ve lost hope or forgotten to feel the joy; or when someone hurts or offends you, or you don’t get what you want. Don’t take things personally, and don’t cling to what didn’t work in the past. Let go of prejudices and what they will say. We cannot resist or go against the darkness that creeps into our world, we must, on the contrary, concentrate on the light that comes from love and gratitude. Yes, let’s say THANK YOU!
Can you imagine how much this planet could change if every human being on Earth took 100% responsibility, stopped blaming and complaining, and used the “thank you” to let go and work on themselves?
On the other hand, it is important to mention the importance of gratitude. Especially be grateful for what we have, instead of focusing on what we don’t have or think we lack. In general, when we do, we realize that we have much more than we think and that we have many things to be grateful for.
Be aware that you have many things to be thankful for and to change, and you can do it “the easiest way”: letting go through the “thank you” of Ho’oponopono.
I promise you that only by practicing this, your life will give a 180-degree change.
