Hello, how are you doing this month of August? I know these days can be difficult for many, with anxiety and fear present in much of the world. If you feel this way, I want you to know that you are not alone. Remember, when you change, everything changes.

Anxiety is an emotion that we all face at some point in our lives. But what do you do when you feel it? If you are one of those people who look for various alternatives to calm it down and end up feeling more trapped, I can confirm that anxiety is not resolved with your thoughts… actually thoughts create anxiety!

Perhaps you have tried to avoid or repress it, but as the saying goes, “what you resist, persists”. The first thing you have to do is accept it. Instead of fighting it, observe, breathe and let go. As Osho says, “Become its friend.”

During those anxious moments, something as simple as mindful breathing can be a great ally. In my book “The Easiest Way to Live”, I share:

“Have you ever noticed that when you get carried away by fear, worry or anxiety, the first thing you do is hold your breath? Practice mindful breathing to increase your ability to stay present and improve your emotional health and well-being.”

This is just one of the many tools you can integrate into your life to cope with anxiety and regain your natural balance.

Last Saturday on my LIVE session, I delved into how Ho’oponopono can help us release anxiety and find inner peace. Nearly 5,336 people watched it! I talked about the importance of living in the present because anxiety arises when our mind is projected into the future or gets stuck in the past.

In addition, I shared about mindful breathing and other simple yet powerful tools that help us stay in the here and now and reduce stress. We also received many testimonials and personal experiences that demonstrated the transformative impact of Ho’oponopono on the lives of those who practice it.

If you missed the LIVE session, don’t worry. You can watch the recording below. I encourage you to watch it and learn how to let go the control and trust the process of life so that you can find the peace that we are all seeking for.

Take this opportunity to align, connect with your natural balance, and share this information with the people you think could benefit from it.

Believe me, living lighter is possible. I wish you peace beyond understanding.

Love,

Mabel Katz
