Ho’oponopono – The Divine Creator’s Prayer. How is it?

Morrnah

Many might think that Ho’oponopono meditation has little to do with spirituality and that it is a way of programming the mind from logic. However, this is not true! Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian art that connects you with your true Self and erases those memories that repeat in your subconscious and prevent the universe from manifesting what is right and perfect in your life.

Ho’oponopono connects us with the creator, understanding this superior force as God, the Universe, or whatever you feel it is. The important thing is that you remember that we are not alone. Practicing Ho’oponopono is a way of asking for Divine assistance. When we ask for help, help always comes.

How is the Divine Creator’s Prayer in Ho'oponopono?

Today it is very possible that you can find on the Internet something called the Divine Creator’s prayer. All these versions have the same purpose: to ask the creator for the transmutation of our memories, his inspiration and guidance, the consolidation of the soul, and the solution of the problems that affect you, humbly requesting that He shows you how to overcome them.

This prayer that you mention is a small part of the original channeling of the Kahuna Morrnah Simeona, which is the origin of the Ho’oponopono healing process that we know today.

Remember that the original Ho’oponopono was that everyone had to be present. A moderator was needed, no one could be missing. Morrnah channeled this updated Ho’oponopono that can be practiced anytime, anywhere, and individually. It was Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona who updated this ancient Hawaiian problem-solving philosophy as a gift to be shared and practiced.

Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona (May 19, 1913 – February 11, 1992) was the creator of Self Identity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH). She was recognized as a Kahuna lapa’au (healer) in Hawaii and honored as a Living Treasure by the State of Hawaii in 1983.

When to use the Ho'oponopono Divine Creator Prayer

We practice Ho’oponopono to feel at peace, even when something seems to be happening outside or we feel restless. It brings us to the present, fills our hearts with light, and allows magic to happen.

All tools are interchangeable. You follow your own inspiration.

So now you know, no matter what you find on the Internet, Ho’oponopono is The Easiest Way and the important thing is to repeat the trigger words as much as possible. Ho’oponopono must be practiced 24 hours a day because memories play all the time. Your part is letting go. The rest is in God’s hands – He knows best.
