Do you know where to go when you have problems?

Time with Mabel Free

Aloha,

If you escape outwardly, your escape is useless because wherever you go there are problems too, so it is meaningless, it makes no sense. When you escape to that point within you, no problems can reach you and you connect with your center.

This is what Lao Tzu said “Attain the utmost in Passivity, Hold firm to the basis of Quietude.

If you are passive, you will become aware of the center within you. You have carried it all along, it has always been there, only you didn’t know it, you were not alert. Once you become alert about it the whole of life becomes different.

You can remain in the world and out of it because you are always in touch with your center.

You can move in the middle of the problems and be at peace, because nothing touches you.

In Zen they have a saying that a Zen master who has attained to his inner center can pass through a stream, but the water never touches his feet. It is beautiful. It is not that the water doesn’t actually touch the feet, it means that everything remains outside and the center remains untouched.

To show you how you can do this, I invite you to join me in this FREE Q&A on February 1st at 1 pm (PST). To learn more click here
