A loving conversation with the Soul
Some silences weigh heavily, while others bring healing.
And among all the silences, the one surrounding death is one of the deepest.
So profound that we often choose not to examine it.
Not to mention it.
Not to feel it.
But Death is not offended by that.
It waits… patiently, serene, loving.
Because it knows that one day we will remember it not as an enemy, but as a door.
A threshold.
A return.
To die is not to disappear. It is to transform.
From a young age, we were taught that to die is to lose.
But the soul knows something different: to die is to return.
Return to the Light.
Return home.
Return to the loving embrace of Divinity that never let go of us.
The body remains.
The soul continues.
Because Life does not end, it just changes forms.
The origin was never lost. We just forgot it.
We come from a place without fear.
Of a space where judgment does not exist.
Where you don’t need time or words.
A place where we simply are.
That is the place we return to when we part.
We are not leaving.
We are taking off a suit.
And during that detachment, the soul lightens, expands, remembers.
Remembers who it is.
Remembers where it comes from.
Remembers that the separation was never real.
Death as a teacher
Death is not only at the end.
It accompanies us all the time.
It whispers to us in every change.
In each cycle that closes.
In every “no more” that life invites us to say.
And if we learn to honor it,
we learn to let go with more love,
to live more lightly,
and to choose with more awareness.
Because when we understand that we’re not eternal here,
we become more present here.
More human.
More humble.
More awake.
And those who leave... do they really leave?
No.
They are transformed into presence.
Into a whisper.
Into a living memory.
Sometimes they come back in dreams.
Sometimes in a song.
Sometimes in a breeze.
Or at that exact moment where you feel that someone hugs you without touching you.
The ones we love don’t disappear.
They become part of our field, of our frequency,
of our hearts.
And if you calm down enough, you can feel them.
Because love has no expiration date.
As you know, thanatology is the study of death and grief, focused on providing emotional and psychological support to people going through loss.
Many of my students are thanatologists and use Ho’oponopono with very good results.
Are you ready to face your fear of death and/or overcome your personal grief?
I invite you to my monthly class to heal from within
So that you live without anxiety.
This class is not about death.
It’s about Life.
The one that does not die.
The one that crosses time.
The one that transcends the forms.
It’s a class to remind you that you’re not alone.
That you didn’t lose anyone.
That your soul is still connected to all the souls you have ever shared a life with, a piece of heaven.
And that when your time comes, it will not be an end.
It will be a return.
A return to the origin.
An opening of your eyes in another dimension…
lighter, brighter, more loving.
Where everything that hurts is transformed into understanding.
And everything you feared is transformed into peace.
I’ll tell you why I decided to talk about it this month:
When I realized that it was not a body, nor my name, nor my titles, I took a very big weight off my shoulders.
When I realized that death is not what we think it is, that we are here just passing by, and that we came to learn and grow, I learned to live more in the present and to see everything as an opportunity; therefore, now, I enjoy more and worry less.
And here are the reasons I chose this theme this month:
- I know there's a lot of fear about death right now
- My mother taught me so much when she transitioned
- In the Ho'oponopono workshop I presented in Cordoba, an 11-year-old boy told me, "Today I lost my fear of death."
- If he did, so can you.
In this class, I invite you to view death with new eyes.
To discover that when you let go of the fear of dying… you begin to live in peace.
What if you started living as if you knew nothing was lost?
Maybe you would hug yourself tighter.
You would forgive faster.
You would laugh louder.
You would love without so much fear.
And you would live with the certainty that it is all part of the same journey.
Because “death is not the end… it is the return to the origin.”
And that origin lives within you, today.
With love
