Did you know that depression is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide, with millions of people suffering from it? So I am not surprised that I’m frequently asked whether Ho’oponopono can help with it.
The answer is simple because, as I always explain, the practice of Ho’oponopono can erase interpretations and self-limiting thoughts, such as those that cause us to sink into sadness.
And remember, you can say “thank you” or “I love you”, and by doing so, you let go and let God (Love), who knows best how to erase those memories that keep controlling you, fill your heart with beautiful things.
Choose to let go of depression and sit in the driver’s seat!
With love,
Mabel Katz
P.S.: Don’t miss this month’s Q&A! Our goal for this month will be to learn how to observe our pain and depression from outside of ourselves. The great paradox is that we don’t fight pain or depression; we rise above it as observers. The truth is, the more we fight it, the more power we give it. Click here for more information.
